There are 11 primary steps that make up our Credit Repair Program. Since everyone's situation is different, any of these steps can be repeated if needed until you are satisfied with the results.
 

Step 1: Sign Up For Free!
Complete our online sign-up form. This information will give us everything we need to get started building your personal file so we can track your credit repair process over the upcoming months. Once you fill out and submit the form, we'll contact you within 1 to 12 hours to help you get started and to schedule your free credit analysis.

Step 2: Welcome Phone Call/ Welcome Email
You値l receive a welcome phone call within 1 to 12 hours from a member of our team congratulating you on your smart decision to get started in our credit repair program. They'll explain all the benefits of our program and gladly answer any further questions you have. Your case # will be assigned to you. For privacy concerns, anytime you contact us regarding your account, this is the number assigned to your file. You値l also select a password, which will be needed anytime you call us about your case.

Also during this welcome call, we'll give you instructions for submitting your credit reports so that we can begin our free analysis of your current credit situation. You値l schedule a date and time for your 1st phone consultation between you and the credit specialist that値l be assigned to give you personalized assistance over the upcoming months.

They値l verify your email address and send you our welcome email, introducing you to our company, outlining our program, and verifying the date/ time for your telephone consultation.

Step 3: Send Us Your Credit Reports
To begin the process of repairing your credit, we will need a recent copy of your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus. If you don稚 have a recent copy, we'll show you how to order them online, free of charge and receive them immediately.

Step 4: Free Credit Report Analysis
Once your credit reports are received, we do a comprehensive evaluation of all 3 of your credit reports. One of the things we'll be analyzing will be the items which are having a negative impact on your overall credit score, and things that will need to be addressed immediately. We'll also be addressing the biggest items affecting your credit profile and how they can best be resolved.

In addition, we also analyze all other items on your reports, looking for ways to boost your credit scores even more. We値l provide you with a detailed spreadsheet of our credit report analysis, which will include our plan of action for every negative item being reported on your credit report. 

Together, we値l choose which items to dispute, which items to address, which items to improve on, and the overall direction of your credit repair for the upcoming months.

Step 5: Phone Consultation
You and your credit specialist will spend approximately 30 minutes on the phone discussing the results of our credit report analysis. We'll discuss your current situation, concerns, questions, and possible options for improving your credit. We'll lay out a game plan for improving your current credit standing. We値l explain how we work and layout the steps that we値l be taking on your behalf to tackle your negative credit history.

Step 6: Complete the enrollment process
Once we've completed the initial set-up for your account, completed our credit analysis, shared the results with you and laid out an immediate plan of action for your credit repair program, we'll collect our one-time enrollment payment from you and start taking action on your case. We bill you near the end of each month, after all work has been completed for that month. We never charge you in advance.

Step 7: We Begin Working Your Case.
We begin the dispute process by drawing upon our vast arsenal of credit repair strategies and experience to challenge negative items directly with the credit bureaus. We will repeat this step as often as necessary to achieve maximum results. How many times this step is repeated will vary depending on your specific credit situation. We'll also start working on the plan of action that was created for every negative item currently being reported on your credit reports.

Step 8: Sit Back and Relax.
The credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate your dispute. After that, they must inform you of the results of their investigation, update your credit report and send you a copy of the updated report. It usually takes 2-4 weeks between the day we send a dispute and you receive an updated report. When you receive a response from a bureau, send a copy of both the response, and your updated report to your credit advisor to move your case forward.

Step 9: You Receive Updates
We'll send you updates as work is completed. We always keep you updated. You'll receive updates via email every other week on the progress, and updated credit reports from the credit reporting agencies by mail through out your entire program.

If we're working directly with collection agencies or other creditors on your behalf, we'll be updating you as the process moves along.

Because of the complexity of these issues, additional steps will be added, but we値l still be there to assist you every step of the way. These issues require more than just credit repair so your situation will be carefully evaluated during your credit analysis in the beginning.

Step 10: Ongoing Credit Building
Once we begin seeing improvements in your credit, we'll educate you on ways to keep your credit in great standing. If you need to build new credit, we'll recommend the best sources to establish new credit in order to continue raising your scores. During this time we'll also discuss budgeting, financial planning, investing, and any other topics that may benefit your financial future.

Step 11: Move Forward with your Financial Goals
Many individuals that sign up for our service have plans to purchase a home, new car, or start a business once they complete the program. Regardless of what your financial goals are, we'll be there every step of the way to ensure that you're in the best position possible in terms of your credit scores.
